The event I am looking for does not display after an event search. How do I find the event?
Events will not display for public viewiing until the Records Department has reviewed the record. This normally takes 24 hours, longer on weekends and holidays. Check back periodically or call the Records office at 512-930-3453.

How do I get a copy of a crash report?
Click on the "Get Crash Report" link located in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

The incident report does not display all the information I need. How do I get a complete copy of the incident report?
By law some reports can not be released to the public in their entirety. You will need to file an open records request with the Georgetown Police Department. Please contact the Records Office at 512-930-3453 for more information.

You can file an open records request in person, by fax: 512-931-7706, via email: records@georgetown.org or by using the City of Georgetown’s Public Information Portal: https://georgetown.org/open-records/ .
